First, we will have our CCA sign up day this wednesday.

Publicity - Prepare Posters and handprints. Posters that need to be printed, pass them to Hoe Son. Paste them around school by tuesday. Need not be present on CCA signup day, Wednesday.

Boulderwall - Prepare routes for J1s, suitable for boys and girls. Paste tapes to make it easier for them to identify the routes. Prepare the prizes, lollipops.

Publicity - Prepare phamplets. Advertise our sports, talk to people, and hand out pamphlets.

There will be two levels of meeting. The first one will be the department meeting where everyone in it will contribute ideas and opinions to plan out activities. The second one will the meeting among all the deparment heads to organise the programmes in the camp. However, on the camp, everyone may need to help each other out. For e.g. logistics people can also be games station IC.
