CCA MATTERs

Hello all!

Hope everyone is still doing fine in this crazily hectic period. There was some problems that occured on last fridays PT but lessons were also to be learnt from that day. Well, remember to be in proper attire for future physical training exercises such as bringing/wearing proper running shoes for PT or changing out of your pants/skirts. Next time, we would be less forgiving on those who refuse to take training as a serious matter. Generally, our CCA has been doing quite well on our attendance, KEEP IT UP! Latecoming is still a minor problem we are facing. Firstly, I think everyone should be responsible enough to make the effort to be punctual for training sessions. It is a sign of respect to the person conducting the training, whether is it Ben, Moses or anyone else for that matter. Secondly, I know everyone is quite busy, many of us have extra lessons after school which sometimes clashes with training sessions and thus we have to turn up late for training. Please make it a habit to inform Fay at least one day in advance or as early as possible if you will be late for training. It would make life a lot easier for her too as she will not need to wonder where you are. As for collection of money, please also try to be punctual in paying Climb Asia fees to Ji Hae. A good way to make sure you won't forget bringing money is remembering to have about $24 reserved in your wallet at the start of each month. Lastly, I would like to request each and every1 for us to be more responsible for our rock climbing equipment (coiling ropes properly). There was one occasion when Vito and Shawn could not go for training. Apparently, when training ended that day, some of us were so impatient to leave Climb Asia that we took the equipment bags home without accounting for the equipments. As a result, the following day the QMs, Vito and Shawn, had a hard time sorting out all the equipments. Basically, I would like to highlight the importance of putting yourself in the shoes of others in whatever we do. Lets make rock climbing a fun activity to engage in! Then of course, the excos may not always be doing the smartest things in the CCA all the time. If you do have any feedback you would to give about CCA or problems you are facing, please feel free to approach any of the exco members and we will try to consider your feedback to make improvements in any aspect of the CCA or help you. I hope my lengthy essay hasnt bore you yet.

Now the training times for this week.
Monday - no training. You may go climb asia to training if you like.
Wednesday - 1530 at Climb Asia for all
Friday - 1600 at Climb Asia for team
*Note training timings are only tentative and are suject to changes. Relay messages through SMS WILL ALWAYS take priority over blog posts.
