just in case some of you are in a rush and do not read this whole post, please just:
1. bring $30 on friday for training with you,
2. read the previous post by timo on cca cip, and
3. bring ALL of the equipment in your homes back to school by THIS FRIDAY cause nick is doing a store check.

this is a summary of the meeting for those who didnt go for our discussion today:


CCA SIGNUP (No training)
Date: 11 Feb 08, Wednesday

Assign people at:

Needed:

Laptop (borrow ms wee's or cassie's)

CCA CIP
1. Clean RC tower (liaise with ODAC, date tbc)
-Remove faeces (mop, wash scrub blah blah)
-Move ODAC equipment

2. Sports Meet for disabled kids
-Sign up Deadline: 18th Feb 08, Wednesday
-Ms wee wants names by MONDAY, 9th feb,
-No planning necessary

KRABI TRIP
-tent. in June, 5D4N (preferably 2nd/3rd week**)
-Less people during that time, J2s can still use Edusave
-Most of the budget cut contribute to this

1st TRAINING FOR J1s(optional for J2s)
Date: 18th Feb 08, Wednesday
Venue: School
-Split into 2 sessions: PT & Top Rope
(J2s going will be assigned, exco must be present)

J1s- Wed & Fri
J2s-Mon & Fri


RC CAMP
Date: tent. 30 Apr-2 May 08, Thurs-Sat (3D2N)
-Need to identity EXCO potentials
-Training+Bonding Camp/purely training(pt and climbing, no games)/purely bonding (no need to include climbing aspect)


TEAM IDENTITY
-GOOD QUALITY COTTEN T- Shirt with sleeve
-Order when confirmed list of J1s is out
-need someone to take charge of shrt design

CREDIT SYSTEM
-extra remaining credits to be Reserved for Core team for extra training sessions
-Considering paying Ben for extra coaching hours (our own, nedd further discussion)

-Total Payment of entry to Climbasia to be made to Cassie every month
How it works:
1. Cassie collects base sum of $30 this Friday.
2. At the beginning of every subsequent month, we pay for the number of sessions we attended the month before.
Example: February has 4 training sessions, of which i attend all. Hence, when cassie collects money on the first week of march, i pay her 4 x $6.
However, March has 4 training sessions of which i only attend 3 sessions, hence when cassie collects money in april, i pay her 3 x $6.
3. We have excess money left before we leave. Either (i) we put the remainder in RC fund or (ii)we divide back equally again but this will come later.
